What We Make Today
Industrial Stainless Steel Pipe
(ASTM A312 / A213)
YES Stainless International supplies ASTM A312 welded pipe, ASTM A312 seamless pipe, and ASTM A213 seamless pipe for industrial pressure and temperature service. Sizes follow ASME B36.19M (5S, 10S, 40S, 80S) in 304/304L and 316/316L. Pipes are annealed with AP or BA finish, controlled straightness/ovality, and clean, plain, or beveled ends.
Industrial Stainless Steel Tubing
(ASTM A269 / A270 / A249)
Choose A269 for general and instrumentation lines, A270 for sanitary duty with defined Ra targets, and A249 for heat exchangers and condensers. Tight tolerances, clean ends, and documented inspections support fast fit-up and reliable performance.
Architectural and Mechanical Tube
(ASTM A554)
A554 stainless steel tube in round, square, and rectangular forms. Finishes range from Mill Finish and 180G/240G/320G/400G to 600G Mirror, with controlled straightness, corner radius, and protective export packing to preserve the finish.
Precision Stainless Strip
Stainless steel precision strip to ASTM A240/A480, slit to width with precise hardness control and ultra-thin gauges. Sharp-blade slitting maintains flatness and low burr. Thickness 0.02–1.5 mm; width 1.5–1219 mm.
Quality & Compliance
Our ISO 9001 system controls sourcing, production, inspection, and shipping. Each order is tied to heat and lot records with EN 10204 3.1 available. We provide dimensional checks and integrity testing as specified. If you appoint a third-party inspector, we coordinate onsite once your booking is confirmed so the report is issued directly to you.

Manufacturing & Services
TIG Pipe Welding
Leak-tight welds for stainless steel pipe with controlled fit-up and purge; VT/PT standard, optional RT/UT/ECT, and hydro.
Solution Annealing
Heat treatment to stabilize the microstructure and enhance corrosion resistance; heat-treatment records are available upon request.
Pickling & Passivation
Scale removal and oxide restoration for clean, corrosion-resistant surfaces; written passivation statement available.
Tube Surface Polishing
A554 finishes from 180G to 600G mirror; A270 sanitary Ra 20/25/32 with measurement records; electropolish on request.
Precision Strip Slitting
Sharp-blade slit-to-width with low burr and flatness control; 0.02–1.5 mm × 1.5–1219 mm; tempered hardness to spec.
In-House Inspection
Chemical, mechanical, dimensional, and NDT per ASTM; MTC 3.1 and reports tied to heat and lot traceability.
