Stainless Steel Pipe Welding
YES Stainless International delivers precision TIG-welded stainless steel pipe, producing smooth, corrosion-resistant joints for industrial and hygienic applications. We work to documented procedures and inspection/test plans aligned with relevant ASTM/ASME standards, recording key parameters to maintain consistent penetration and a clean bead. Every shipment includes an EN 10204 3.1 MTC, the agreed inspection reports, and a clear packing list for full traceability. For industrial pipe and tubing projects, we weld to ASME B36.19M dimensions in 304/304L and 316/316L. We also routinely support A554 (mechanical/architectural), A312 (pressure service), A270 (sanitary, when specified), A269 (general service), and A249 (thermal duty). As a professional stainless steel pipe welding manufacturer, we proudly support pipeline projects across the world.

FAQs
1. Do you follow qualified procedures?
We use documented internal welding SOPs and inspection/test plans (ITP) aligned with ASME material/dimensional standards (e.g., ASME B36.19M) and the applicable ASTM specifications (A554, A312, A270, A269, A249). If your project requires third-party inspection for product quality, we can coordinate per your PO/ITP when the products are ready for shipment.
2. What inspections are available?
VT/PT are standard. We can add RT, UT, ECT, and hydrostatic testing as specified in your purchase order, with acceptance criteria agreed in advance.
3. Do you offer pickling & passivation after annealing?
Yes. For industrial pipe and tubing, we perform pickling and passivation after welding to remove heat tint and restore corrosion resistance.
4. What documents come with delivery?
You receive an EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC), the applicable inspection reports (including NDT/hydro if ordered), and a clear packing/marking list for easy receiving and traceability.
