Stainless Steel Annealing Service
YES Stainless International provides controlled stainless steel annealing to relieve work hardening, recover ductility, and support long-term corrosion resistance. We handle ASTM A312, A554, A269, A270, and A249 pipe projects as well as precision strip. Processing routes include solution annealing with rapid cooling and, when specified, bright annealing in a controlled atmosphere for a clean metallic finish. Each batch follows a documented time–temperature cycle with load identification. We can supply heat-treatment records, EN 10204 3.1 MTC, and inspection reports as requested. After annealing, materials are dried and packed to avoid re-staining during transport. Buyers use this service to prepare stock for bending, expanding, polishing, sanitary service, and downstream fabrication.
