FAQs
1. Which standards do your stainless steel pipes and tubes meet?
Industrial: ASTM A312, A213, A269, A249. Decorative/mechanical: ASTM A554 (round, square, rectangular).
Need JIS or EN? We can produce to JIS/EN specifications on request—just tell us the exact designation, dimensions/tolerances, test plan (PMI/UT/RT/hydro), and marking requirements. Our engineering + QC team will confirm feasibility, lead time for you.
2. Can you provide EN 10204 3.1 MTC and arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. We provide MTC 3.1 and can arrange PMI/UT/RT/hydro testing and SGS inspection on request.
3. What are typical lead times and MOQs?
They vary by size, schedule, and testing scope. Send your spec and destination—we’ll confirm in the quotation.
4. Do you still sell stainless steel sheet and coil?
Yes. While YES Stainless International focuses on stainless pipe and tube, we can supply stainless steel sheet and coil on a project/RFQ basis. We source mother coils directly from partner mills and can slit, level, polish, and cut-to-length, or convert material into welded tubes/pipes to your ASTM spec.
5. Can we contact the Vietnam and Singapore offices for sales?
These offices do not handle direct sales—they focus on logistics and after-sales support (vessel schedules, customs documents, follow-up). For sales inquiries, email info@yesstainless.com.tw or submit an RFQ , and we’ll assign a representative for you.
6. Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We export stainless pipes and tubes worldwide. We can ship FCL (full container) or LCL (less-than-container) and will advise the best option by volume/weight and deadline.
Tip: Include your destination port and Incoterm (FOB/CIF) in the RFQ so we can quote the most efficient route.
7. Do you support JIS/EN standard products?
Yes. We can produce to JIS/EN on request. Please include the exact designation, dimensions/tolerances, test plan (PMI/UT/RT/hydro) needs in your RFQ. We’ll confirm feasibility, lead time, and pricing for you.
8. How is CIF freight cost calculated?
For CIF, we arrange freight and estimate the rate in your quotation, then reconfirm at booking based on carrier market rates, container type, W/M (weight/measurement), port pair, and surcharges (e.g., BAF/THC/PSS).
- If the actual freight increases, the difference will be added with carrier proof.
- If it decreases, we’ll refund the difference on final billing.
