- Full traceability. Heat/lot control from raw coil to finished pipe/tube, with EN 10204 3.1 MTC available on request.
- Documented processes. Controlled procedures for forming/welding (as applicable), solution annealing, pickling/passivation, polishing, cutting, and marking.
- Inspection of your PO. Dimensional checks; integrity testing (hydrostatic or eddy current); hardness and mechanical verification when specified.
- Preventing repeats. Nonconformities trigger root-cause analysis and verified corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
